    Florida Dental Benefits focuses on oral health prevention, maintenance and accessibility to quality affordable dental care. This commitment is reflected by providing members access to free preventative dental care procedures. Our comprehensive plans provide preventative care as well as restorative, diagnostic, X-Rays, and periodontal care.  Members may  visit their participating primary dentist for these procedures as often as necessary.

  • Simple plans, smaller payments.

    There are never any deductibles, annual maximums, or waiting periods. Each plan comes with a benefit schedule that fully details covered procedures and costs. Members pay only the remainder of the cost (if any) for procedures directly to the dental office at the time the services are rendered. Our plans cover all pre-existing conditions, subject to the exclusions and limitations section of the plan.

  • Options

    Florida Dental Benefits provides a range of plans that meet the differing needs of the consumer and patient. Patients with a history of dental problems may opt for plans that provide additional coverage of specialty care at minimal extra cost. Florida Dental Benefits contracts with dentists and dental specialists in all fields: oral surgery for extractions, endodontists for root canals, periodontists for the treatment of gums, pedodontists for children and orthodontists for braces. Preventative procedures are always covered.
